All sessions (with the exception of weddings) require a non-refundable retainer of $100 to secure your date in my calendar. This fee is applied to your total balance due, however the date in question will not be secured until this retainer is paid and so all dates are a first come, first serve basis. The remaining balance of your session is due 48 hours prior to your scheduled session date.

I take a really relaxed approach to my sessions. I'm not looking for perfectly still people with perfect smiles in my images. I'm trying to capture your stories as you are with your family. That means, each session is an adventure and no two sessions will be alike. I encourage you to interact and play with your children as if it were just a regular day at the park or the beach.

I am Suffolk, VA based--applicable travel fees will apply for anything beyond a 45 mile radius of 23435. During selected dates, I will charge no travel fees for sessions located in South Central PA and Pittsburgh regions—on a limited basis!

My turnaround time varies between 2-4 weeks for regular sessions and 8-12 weeks for weddings—just depends on the season in which I photograph your session! You'll receive an email regarding all of the details on your gallery, how to download, save and/or order products!

Depending on what you have booked, a wedding or a session, the image count will vary. In hourly sessions, you get to choose your 50 favorites in a proofing gallery. While a wedding gallery contractually honors anywhere from 50-100 images per hour.

I shoot a hybrid combo of sorts--a mirrorless Nikon z6ii or my Nikon d780. My favorite lenses are the 35mm 1.4 and the 50mm 1.4. But if I'm not working and it's just my family and I, I rock a Nikon z5 with an adapter for the 24mm or the z 40mm lens.

Absolutely not! But my BIGGEST GOAL is for you to print your session images. Please, PLEASE do not let them sit in a downloaded file or an external hard drive. I want you to showcase your investment; your memories with your family deserve to be on display. So whether you order prints and products from me or somewhere else, please make sure that they are from a reputable print lab that can handle the high quality of images and not some walgreens 1 hour photo. Luckily, I have a store option enabled on all the galleries I deliver and you'll be able to order products hassle free from the comfort of your phone or computer.
